• Staffing and Recruiting:
  Source, screen and qualify passive and active candidates for open requisitions.
• Take job orders from clients and share details with the recruiting team.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to find and engage diverse healthcare talent and business opportunities across the competitive landscape.
• Build authentic and meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teams.
• Partner with hiring teams to build a recruitment timeline, strategy, sourcing plan, assessment tools, and appropriate job descriptions.

• Proven leadership, effective communication, and strong task management.
• Client-facing experience and a proven ability to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure engaging and positive candidate experiences as we continue to scale our organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple tasks and dynamic priorities without missing a beat.

Experience
: 2-5 years as a Travel Nurse Recruiter in a Staffing and Recruiting environment. (Required)

Education
:
Bachelors Degree (Preferred) or equivalent of education and experience (Required)

Compensation: Base Salary Plus Commissions/Bonus to equal a Six-Figure Opportunity.
