Life Way Counseling Centers is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to work with a diverse population, including youth and adults. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in counseling and be willing to incorporate faith-based counseling on a client-led basis.

The pay range for this position is $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Benefits include a generous paid time off package and a competitive health insurance compensation contribution for full-time employees.

• Meet with patients to determine the exact nature of their mental health concerns and provide the necessary diagnostic criteria.
• Provide counseling services designed to help individuals, couples, or families overcome their problems and meet their therapeutic goals.
• Remain knowledgeable of the latest methodologies in counseling to provide patients with the best possible care.
• Diagnose clients under the supervision of an LPCCS or LISWS.
• Take comprehensive and prompt notes of all client sessions.
• Bill each client encounter to insurance using our Electronic Health Record System.
• Attend virtual monthly staff meetings to stay up-to-date on internal updates.
• Comply with all agency, state, and government policies required by agency standards.

Licensed Social Worker (LSW) requirements include a Master’s of Social Work degree (MSW) and completion of at least two full years of supervised experience.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) requirements include a Master’s degree from a clinical mental health counseling program and all state-mandated licenses required for practice.

Locations include Cincinnati (Blue Ash, Cleves, and Mason) and Columbus, OH. Benefits include a generous paid time off package and a competitive health insurance compensation contribution for full-time employees.
