Job Title: Staff Development Engineer

Job Description:The Staff Development Engineer is responsible for supporting technical efforts for the Engineering Sciences team. This role contributes to the technical solution strategy for projects within one or more programs, primarily focused on medical device technologies, with potential inclusion of molecular entities, drug/device combinations, digital solutions, electromechanical systems, or integrated product solutions required to deliver against the agreed-upon Target Product Profile (TPP) for cancer treatment.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information on deposit products and services
- Perform timely and accurate follow-up on account inquiries
- Demonstrate strong problem-resolution and customer advocacy skills
- Report conditions impacting customer satisfaction
- Escalate exceptional service cases and customer complaints as appropriate
- Maintain strong organization, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field required
- Advanced degrees (MS or MBA) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of medical device industry experience required
- Experience in new product development following design controls required
- Full product development lifecycle experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including the impact of early-phase decisions on downstream deliverables
