Teacher, Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher for a full-time, on-site position at our Blue Ash, OH location. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing curriculum-driven activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. Responsibilities include creating a safe and engaging learning environment, maintaining open communication with families, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and standards.

The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive educational community that nurtures each child’s potential.

• Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation skills
• Effective communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills with parents and team members
• Knowledge of child development principles and ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual children’s needs
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain these qualifications
• Relevant experience in early childhood education, teaching, or caregiving
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or current CDA (Child Development Associate) certification
