What you will be doing as the Annuity Product Specialist:- Answer inbound calls from customers in regards to their Annuity plan.
- Assist with any questions, concerns, or plan changes.
- Escalate any issues/calls appropriately.
- Ensure all calls are completed successfully and customers inquirers are answered.
hat you will need as the Annuity Product Specialist:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience >
- Call Center experience is a plus.
- Financial Services experience is a plus.
Understanding of Annuity programs is a plus.
Ability to navigate multiple programs/systems.
