This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Blue Ash, Ohio. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding the company's market presence. Tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding client service. The role requires frequent communication with potential clients, presentations, and follow-ups to drive sales success effectively.

• Must have worked in the Security Guard Industry
• Sales and negotiation skills, including client relationship building and contract management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical and service-focused concepts clearly.
• Analytical and research skills to identify new market trends and business opportunities.
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple accounts and proposals simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the security services industry is beneficial but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
