Plumbing​/HVAC Technician

We are seeking an individual who isaccurate and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate must be able to function effectively as ateam player, while also having the ability to operateindependently of direct supervision. Knowledge ofgeneral contracting and hand toolsis essential for this role. The candidate must maintain avalid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. AHVAC Certificationis required for this position. While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with10 or more years of experience in the field.

Job Requirements:

• General contracting & hand tool knowledge
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation
• HVAC Certification required
• 10+ Years of experience preferred

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
• Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
• Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
• Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
• Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
• Manage a work log
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients
• Performs HVAC repairs as assigned
