job duties and responsibilities:

• the registered nurse supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.

• the rn supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.

• the registered nurse supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.

• the registered nurse supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
• the rn supervisor facilitates communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.
