Under the direction of the Operations Team Leader and/or supervision of the Production Planning Manager, the employee is responsible for maximizing the selection and loading process of Trivium products by ensuring accurate orders, meeting schedules, and maintaining product integrity and quality standards throughout the material handling process. The role also involves using various inventory and tracking systems, recognizing waste, and adjusting execution accordingly.
Job Duties:Starting Wage: $23.61 per hour
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attain forklift certification
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing preferred
- Experience in warehousing, freight handling, and forklift operations
- Ability to accurately document product fills
- Maintain a safe operating record for powered industrial equipment
- Self-starter, quick learner, enthusiastic about challenging tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to analyze and act appropriately (written aptitude assessment required)
- Effective communicator, active listener, able to work across functions, and influence others
- Ability to work all shifts, including 8 or 12-hour shifts, and weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Physical Demands:
The physical requirements include standing, walking, handling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision and hand-eye coordination are necessary. The environment is noisy, with temperature extremes and exposure to fumes, dust, and odors. Hearing protection and PPE are required.
