Our trainers, with their hands-on experiences and expertise, will guide you one-on-one to become confident at every level of trucking. Mega carriers may have systematic training, but it can be difficult to be matched with good trainers who teach you according to their needs. This program emphasizes training by experienced trainers to build good habits and reduce risks.
One of the researchers by the US Department of Transportation shows that 71% of the accidents were preventable. Any driver involved in an accident during their first year of truck driving is highly likely to be involved in another accident within the following 12 months, according to commercial auto insurance underwriters. This is because of a lack of training while drivers may attribute it to luck.

- Candidate must reside within a 100-mile radius of Bloomington, CA 92316.
- NO SAP drivers.
- No Drivers with criminal records.
- You must have a clean driving record to be considered.
- Minimum Age of 21 is required by our Commercial Insurance Underwriter.

Additional Requirements- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class A CDL from the state in which the driver resides and the address on the CDL must match the current address.
- Must have attended an accredited and Fed Ex-approved truck driving school, run 360 hours behind the wheel with 96 hours observed by a trainer to have successfully completed the ELDP (Entry Level Driver Program). Once drivers have completed the program, they will be classified as regular drivers and no longer have to ride with a lead driver.
- Accidents:
- No more than one DOT Preventable accident in the last two years.
- No more than 3 incidents in the last three years and cannot have more than 3 incidents and accidents combined in the last 2 years.
- All rear-end-at-fault accidents are a one-year DQ.
- Major DOT Preventable (jackknife, rollover) must be five years old.
- Moving Violations
- No more than 2 in the last 2 years except major moving violations which must be one year old (applies to personal and commercial).
- Major moving violations are reckless, 15+, handheld, following too close, etc.
- 30 MPH over must be 5 years old
- Cannot have more than 4 jobs in the last year.
- Cannot have been terminated from their last job due to safety and can only happen once in the last 5 years.
- NO DUI in the last ten years and never in a commercial vehicle. Cannot have failed or refused a DOT drug test.
