This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bloomington, MN, for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles, diagnose technical issues, conduct thorough troubleshooting, and carry out field service tasks as needed. Interactions with customers will include providing updates on repairs and ensuring a positive service experience. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records of service activities are essential parts of this role.

• Strong skills and experience in Maintenance & Repair, and knowledge of vehicle systems and equipment
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting with precision and identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience in performing Field Service tasks, including diagnostics and repairs at various locations
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of preventive Maintenance practices and ability to follow safety standards
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
