Overview

Are you ready to elevate your career and make a meaningful impact in the world of bespoke insurance solutions? We’re seeking a dynamic Private Client Producer to join our team and deliver tailored insurance programs to High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW), and Family Office clientele. If you thrive in consultative sales, relationship management, and designing innovative solutions, this is your chance to shine.

How

you’ll make an impact
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and acquire new business through consultative sales strategies, catering to both new and existing Private Clients.
  • Design Bespoke Insurance Programs: Craft tailored insurance solutions with top‑rated carriers, specifically designed for the unique needs of HNW and UHNW individuals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with Client Service Managers to seamlessly onboard new clients, nurture relationships, and support the renewal process.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Work alongside account management teams to ensure clients receive personalized service that exceeds expectations, fostering long‑term retention.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain a robust referral network with key centers of influence, including bankers, wealth advisors, and attorneys who serve HNW and UHNW clientele.
  • Leverage Industry Technology: Utilize cutting‑edge tools and technologies to enhance sales, client service, and account management.
  • Plan for Growth: Prepare and execute a personalized business plan and production budget to achieve your goals.
  • Collaborate Across Divisions: Foster strong interdivision and intercompany relationships, aligning with our corporate culture and values.
About You

Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.

Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred.

Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
