Are you a people person with a knack for spotting opportunity? We are looking for a dynamic Service to Sales Concierge to bridge the gap between our busy Service Department and our Sales Floor. The Reality:
Our service lane is full of customers driving vehicles we want to buy.
The Opportunity:
You will be the face of our "Vehicle Exchange Program," helping service customers upgrade their current vehicle or sell it directly to us for top dollar. Who You Are
You aren't just looking for a job; you're looking to run your own business within our business. You are friendly, approachable, and disarming. You know that the best sales happen when you are helping a customer solve a problem they didn't know they had (like driving a car out of warranty!).
The RoleYour office is the Service Drive. Your leads are the customers already walking through our doors.
Key Responsibilities- Review:
Analyze the daily service appointment roster to identify high-demand vehicles, customers in an equity position, or vehicles approaching major maintenance intervals. - Engage:
Greet customers in the service lounge or drive with a "service-first" mentality. - Present:
Provide complimentary appraisals and "Upgrade Options" to show customers how they can trade keys for a newer model for a similar payment. - Acquire:
Facilitate the purchase of customer vehicles to stock our used car inventory. - Manage the "Sales to Service" pipeline using our CRM/Equity mining tools.
- Conduct "walk-around" appraisals on service vehicles.
- Set appointments for the sales team or handle the trade-in process directly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores (CSI)—you are a Concierge first, a Salesperson second.
- Personality:
High energy, high empathy. You need to be able to strike up a conversation with anyone. - Experience:
Previous automotive sales, service writing, or high-end hospitality/concierge experience is preferred. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using tablets and CRM software to track customer data. - Drive:
Self-motivated to hit acquisition and sales targets.
