, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, guest interaction, and a fast-paced retail setting.
As a Retail Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager in the day-to-day operation of our retail and photo areas. You’ll lead by example on the floor, inspire your team, and help drive an exceptional guest experience while achieving commercial goals.
What You’ll Be Doing 🚀In this exciting role, you will:
- 🛍️ Support the efficient, effective, and safe operation of retail and photo areas
- 🌟 Lead by example as a best-in-class on-the-floor presence
- 😊 Deliver world-class guest experiences through every interaction
- 📈 Help maximize per cap spending and Average Transaction Values (ATV)
- 👥 Motivate and support team members during daily operations
- 🎯 Contribute to achieving KPI and Mystery Visit targets
- 🧾 Assist with merchandising and inventory control programs
- 📚 Support ongoing team training and development
- 🧹 Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
- 🛟 Uphold all safety and operational procedures
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- ✔ Retail experience (required)
- ✔ Customer service experience (required)
- ✔ A fun, friendly, and outgoing personality
- ✔ Excellent communication skills
- ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✔ Comfort working with children and families
- ✔ High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
