$11.13 - $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that vary by schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when applicable criteria are met.

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute customer service programs such as Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, following procedure and utilizing the electronic Kopf payer ledger.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issue refunds accurately using the correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise in the returns area correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, obtain management approval for changes/deviations, and clock in/out according to company policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money/deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming security alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain RSS Certification

  • Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
  • Automotive systems and repair knowledge
  • ASE Certification
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
