• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience.
• Previous experience motivating team members to accomplish goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements (holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours).
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height with proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures needed to keep operations running smoothly.
