Responsibilities- Assist in operating a high-volume kitchen location
- Lead and build unified back-of-house teams
- 2 years prior experience in a Sous Chef position
- Hands-on chef with a background in systems and routines
- Exceptionally service-oriented / understands hospitality time
- Experience in quality scratch kitchens
- Used to very high-volume sales
