As part of the Martin Luther Campus of senior living, Meadow Woods Assisted Living is a residential setting by woodlands, wetlands and the Minnesota River Bluffs. Cook/Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking meals as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established culinary standards of high quality care. Ensuring that meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and resident expectations. Will plate food for optimal eye appeal to entice food consumption by our residents in our Senior Assisted Living Community located in Bloomington, MN.

• 48 hours per two weeks
• Day/evening shift
• Includes every other weekend and possible holiday rotation

• Ensuring that meals are served and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and customer expectations
• Preparation of meals, line service, clean‑up
• Assisting Culinary Director with supervision and training of culinary staff

• High volume cooking experience in a similar environment required
• Scratch cooking experience preferred
• One to three years related experience
• Serv Safe certification preferred, but will assist in obtaining

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign‑on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
