Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN who would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the adult residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our patients in our Bloomington, MN location, Martin Luther Care Center TCU and LTC.

Martin Luther Care Center is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our community offers 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff and the only thing missing is YOU! • 16 hours in two weeks
• Day/evening/night shift
• Every other weekend

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

• Required
  • Current MN RN license or by start date
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
  • (3 week grace period for BLS)
• Preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
  • Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
