Valley Industries is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing team and help drive impactful marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing Valley Industries’ marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital channels, website management, and marketing materials. This position supports day-to-day marketing activities, coordinates content and assets, and assists with the development of marketing literature and tradeshow materials. The role is on-site and is based in our Bloomington office.

• Maintain and update brand websites (Word Press, Big Commerce, Shopify) with product content, images, and resources.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and marketing content across all digital platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns through social media scheduling, email execution, and content updates.
• Coordinate and maintain marketing literature, including sell sheets, product guides, and digital collateral.
• Assist with new product launches by managing website updates and marketing materials.
• Develop marketing materials for trade shows and events, including signage and promotional items.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical marketing assets (photos, videos, design files).
• Track and report on website, email, and social performance; identify opportunities for improvement.
