A real estate management company is looking for a part-time Building Caretaker to oversee the general housekeeping of common areas and ensure the cleanliness both inside and out of the buildings. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, communicating with vendors for repairs, and working with the Community Managers. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and previous customer service experience.

The position requires regular shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
