Role:Zen Desk Enterprise Architect
Location:
Bloomington, MN (Onsite)
Contract:
Long term contract
- Design and build out / update the ITSM tool (Zendesk Enterprise)
- Serve as Zendesk SME (enterprise level implementation experience)
- Incorporate a CMDB, e.g., Device
42 or similar - Assist with Change Control processes (helpful)
- Experience with Zendesk Enterprise implementation
- Experience incorporating a CMDB
- Experience with Device
42 or equivalent - Change Control experience is a plus
