Pay Range:$56,000 - $62,000 Annually

Job Summary:The HR Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the Human Resources Department, fostering positive relationships with supervisors and staff. The role’s primary focus is coordinating onboarding and new hire orientation, managing recruitment processes from job posting through offer preparation, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for administering employee benefits, including processing enrollments and changes, managing enrollment workflows in ADP, reconciling vendor invoices, responding to employee questions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and employment/leave laws.
- Experience using an HRIS required; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative within defined role expectations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to follow established processes while identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment logistics, including processing job posting requests and posting positions on internal and external job boards.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and qualifying life events.
- Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System.
- Participate in career fairs and support sourcing efforts to attract diverse candidates.
- Conduct background checks, E-Verify, and State of Minnesota new hire reporting.
