A leading distributor of electronic components is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to provide functional expertise and support for Workday functionality. This role will ensure effective performance, maintenance, and enhancements of HR systems. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of HR experience, with substantial knowledge of Workday, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required, and Workday Pro Certification is preferred.

This position is located in Bloomington, Minnesota with a compensation range of $90,000 to $135,000.
