• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations.
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers.
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area.
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events.

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing.
• Ability to travel 20-30% locally for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events.

Candidates must be able to work full time onsite at the Kelly Education Office Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Starting Salary: $51,300 + bonus opportunity.
