Senior HRIS Analyst- Workday

Overview

Sky Water Search Partners has been engaged by our long-time client to hire a Workday Analyst to join their HRIS team. This individual will own Workday configuration, specifically within the time tracking, absence, and payroll modules, including troubleshooting, workflow optimization, data analysis, and security management. This analyst will work as a trusted partner to leaders and business teams and have the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable solutions.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of HRIS and is expected to be onsite in a hybrid capacity.

• Serve as Workday subject matter expert
• Build strong relationships with HR partners by providing accurate and timely Workday support
• Support stakeholders to define and implement Workday configurations and automate workflows
• Collaborate with HR Technology team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of module configuration

• Bachelor's degree in HR, related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday
• Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
• Detail oriented with the ability to deliver timely and quality work
