What will you be doing?

• Warmly welcome guests, identify their needs, and provide personalized service.
• Respond accurately to inquiries about hotel services, events, and VIPs.
• Make decisions and resolve guest issues immediately.
• Ensure a first-class, comfortable experience for every guest.
• Replenish food and beverages while checking for guest satisfaction.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, with high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills to perform calculations accurately, e.g., purchasing tickets for guests.
• Ability to listen effectively, and speak and write English clearly.
• Ability to access and accurately use a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
