Patient Access Associate Project Coordinator

Overview

Health Partners is hiring a Patient Access Associate Project Coordinator. The person in this position coordinates and supports Patient Access projects; including developing and monitoring project plans. This position maintains project documents, timelines, and ensures the appropriate meetings and tasks occur per a defined project plan. This person is responsible for managing key project deliverables and may assist with project analysis to identify project goals, metrics, and baselines.

• Provides support to Patient Access team and coordinates tasks to achieve deliverables.
• Creates and compiles documentation for project related meetings;
• Produces project plans, status reporting, and project metrics.
• Reports and investigates variances between planned and actual project performance.
• May manage key project deliverables including build, design and training of Care Connection
• Analyzes project data, dependencies, trends, and resources.
• Facilitates Requests for Information process from Epic’s EMR team
• Participates in simple issue-resolution analytics
• Researches and compiles information on requested topics.

• Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of project management software tools (Clarity, Microsoft Project)
• Demonstrated established partnerships internally and externally
• Expertise interpreting across technical topics to business needs
• Ability to manage high degree of change and be flexible
