Direct Support Professional – Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota
Direct Support Professionals help individuals with disabilities achieve personal hopes and dreams through person‑centered care and support.
Pay- Standard DSP: $16.00/hour.
- After 6 months of consistent employment, wage increase up to $16.50/hour.
- Sunday 6am‑2pm
- Monday 2pm‑9pm
- Tuesday 2pm‑9pm
- Friday 2pm‑9pm
- Saturday 8am‑1pm
- Friday 4am‑10am and 2pm‑9pm
- Provide guidance, encouragement, and build purposeful relationships with individuals.
- Advocate for individuals in community engagement and essential living skills.
- Maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings/training per regulations and LSS standards.

- No education or experience required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Check.
- Ability to successfully pass DHS background check.
