Resident Assistant – The Geneva Suites

This part‑time Care Partner role is available at The Geneva Suites. Pay ranges from $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr
. Shifts include Morning 6 am–2 pm, Evening 2 pm–10 pm, and Overnight 10 pm–6 am.

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) to maintain dignity and independence.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments under RN delegation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behaviors, and conditions.
• Document care using RTasks, our electronic charting system.
• Engage with residents through reading, chatting, reminiscing, or other activities to enrich their day.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming home through light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Respond to emergencies with confidence and competence.

• Dedicated float support when you need it.

• Small, home‑like setting that allows deeper connections with residents.

• Prior care‑giving experience, including use of hoyers and sit‑stands; preferred experience in assisted living or nursing home.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Initiative and sound judgment in high‑pressure situations.
• Passion for caring and helping others.
• Dependability and ability to work a consistent schedule, including every other weekend.
• Strong communication skills: read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Patience, kindness, and teamwork orientation.
• Preferred – CNA/HHA certification (not required).
