As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children ages 2–6, helping them build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA therapy. You’ll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be fully supported with ongoing coaching and training. This is an on-site role based in Bloomington, MN.

• Support children with autism through structured, play-based ABA sessions
• Track and record progress so treatment plans can adapt as children grow
• Bring energy, patience, and creativity to daily skill-building routines
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to implement individualized plans
• Communicate with families to celebrate wins and keep progress moving forward
• Create a safe, positive, encouraging environment where children thrive

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting neurodivergent learners
• Foundational knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or interest in learning
• Experience in childcare, education, behavioral health, or working with individuals with autism (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Patience, empathy, and a steady, compassionate approach
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields is a plus)
• Willingness to complete and maintain RBT certification—supported and paid for by Just Kids
• Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to showing up for the children we serve
