• High School Graduate.
• CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) course completion preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of competency test.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and carry out directions and instructions.
• Able to function effectively with minimal direct supervision.
• Good health status and emotional stability.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to resident service and service excellence.

• Demonstrate a can-do attitude, with positivity, flexibility, and initiative in providing care.
• Adjust to changing resident needs with patience and flexibility.
• Maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
• Engage meaningfully with residents to enhance their wellbeing.
• Create meaningful engagement with residents (e.g., activities, conversation, emotional support).
• Ensure residents’ rooms, clothing, and personal spaces are clean and well‑maintained.
• Enhance the dining experience by assisting with meals in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and within expected time frames.
• Follow through on responsibilities without repeated reminders.
• Adhere to attendance policy, working all scheduled shifts or following proper procedures when unable to work.
