About The Role

Join our Treasury Operations team as a Cash Management Analyst, where you will play a key role in ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient movement of company funds. In this role, you'll support daily banking operations, strengthen fraud prevention efforts, and drive improvements that modernize our cash management processes.

This position offers a clear growth path within our Treasury organization, with opportunities to gain exposure to banking strategy, liquidity planning, and treasury technology.

Hybrid flexibility: 1 day in office per week.

Compensation: $52,000–$56,000 annually, based on skills and experience.

Core hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Positive Pay and fraud prevention workflows: upload files, review exceptions, research discrepancies, and coordinate with AP and Accounting teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain bank system access: track and manage account permissions to ensure continuity, security, and compliance.
  • Support treasury improvement projects: participate in process‑enhancement initiatives that streamline banking operations and improve internal controls.
  • Oversee account lifecycle activities: track account data in financial systems and initiate/complete closures of complex banking accounts.
  • Review and approve wire transfers: conduct required validations to prevent errors and support timely movement of funds.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners: provide clear communication and support to internal teams to solve operational issues and improve banking processes.

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years of experience in banking, treasury operations, cash management, or a related field. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to interpret written instructions, draft routine correspondence, and respond effectively to internal inquiries.
  • Basic understanding of financial terms, percentages, and transaction analysis. Ability to identify irregularities and solve problems in standard situations.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Familiarity with banking platforms or treasury systems is a plus.
  • Comfort making decisions within established policies to meet deadlines and ensure operational accuracy.

The minimum salary for the Cash Management Analyst is $52,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Cash Management Analyst is $56,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
