** JOB DUTIES
** This engineering position is for a Process Engineering owner for CMP tools. The CMP Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes used in semiconductor manufacturing.

* Key responsibilities include:
*** Sustaining and improving equipment and process related metrics.

* Additional responsibilities include:
*** Continually improving processes
* Developing & transferring new processes into production
* New tool start-ups
* Controlling film thicknesses and particle performance
* Setting up and maintaining specifications and other documentation
* Managing statistical process control charts.
* Analyzing and identifying process failure modes and integrating recommend changes.
** REQUIREMENTS
* ** Requires an advanced degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years relevant experience.
* Knowledge of semiconductor processing methods and techniques.
** What We Offer
**** Salary**:
The estimated base salary range for the position is $89,000-$129,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
** Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation**:
Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
