JOB DUTIES
This engineering position is for a Process Engineering owner for CMP tools. The CMP Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes used in semiconductor manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include:- Sustaining and improving equipment and process related metrics.
- Continually improving processes
- Developing & transferring new processes into production
- New tool start-ups
- Controlling film thicknesses and particle performance
- Setting up and maintaining specifications and other documentation
- Managing statistical process control charts.
- Analyzing and identifying process failure modes and integrating recommend changes.
- Requires an advanced degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing methods and techniques.
Salary
:
The estimated base salary range for the position is $89,000-$129,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
