What will you do?- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield
- Develop and implement new processes, including designing, testing, and upgrading systems
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues stemming from special or common cause variation
- Perform process simulations to evaluate different process scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality control) to ensure effective implementation of process improvements
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct risk assessments via FMEA process to evaluate potential quality departures. Drive actions for high risk priority numbers identified
- Track and analyze process metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop new or additional KPI’s required to systematically monitor process controls
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and new technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 2 years of experience
- Attention to deta
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Minitab and other statistical software
- Ability to work with others through complex situations
- $75,000-$87,000 per year
- 5% quarterly bonus potential
