Our Process Engineer plays a key part in developing, implementing, and optimizing our manufacturing processes. This position will identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot problems, and recommend processes designed to be efficient, cost effective, and to promote quality and reliability.

What will you do?
  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.
  • Develop and implement new processes, including designing, testing, and upgrading systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues stemming from special or common cause variation.
  • Perform process simulations to evaluate different process scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, quality control) to ensure effective implementation of process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct risk assessments via FMEA process to evaluate potential quality departures. Drive actions for high risk priority numbers identified.
  • Track and analyze process metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop new or additional KPIs required to systematically monitor process controls.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and new technologies.
What would make you the right candidate?
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Minitab and other statistical software.
  • Ability to work with others through complex situations.
