Teachers For Tomorrow is hiring Early Childhood Substitute Teachers who care deeply about children, value flexibility, and want to grow their skills in early education. We support over 120 licensed childcare centers across the Twin Cities, and they rely on us for dependable, compassionate classroom support.

• Build experience without being locked into one classroom
• Be part of a supportive, people-first team

• Part-time or full-time (24+ hours/week)
• Monday–Friday availability between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Extra shifts available during peak months

• Support daily routines and classroom activities
• Engage children from infant through preschool
• Create a safe, calm, and positive learning environment
• Step in confidently where support is needed most

• Childcare or early education experience preferred
• Caring, dependable, and adaptable personality
• Reliable transportation within the Twin Cities
• Open to training and growth

• $17–$21/hour depending on experience
• Flexible scheduling with consistent work
• Training and professional development
• Benefits available for 30+ hours/week
