Manage Employee Benefits insurance accounts and services as the primary day‑to‑day contact for fully insured clients, including self‑insured groups. Provide proactive, personalized support, act as the main liaison between clients and carriers, and drive renewal and program implementation.

• Manage a book of business of fully insured and self‑insured clients.
• Provide proactive, personalized support and act as the primary client contact.
• Prepare meeting materials, educate on compliance topics such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform.
• Set up new group insurance contracts and manage the renewal process with contractual changes.
• Implement and manage programs such as wellness, communications, pharmacy, and other technical resources.
• Responsible for the marketing and placement of new benefit products.
• Develop alternative strategies, plan modeling, and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Champion cross‑selling initiatives and develop customer accounts.
• Conduct on‑site meetings and coordinate virtual and in‑person client meetings.
• Develop employee communications for renewals, enrollment, and benefit changes.
• Provide resolution support and oversight for client issues such as contract clarifications and billing.

• 2–4 years of experience in the employee benefits industry or related marketplace; college degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to earn life and disability insurance licenses.
• Comfortable with internet‑based programs and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
• Keep informed about industry information, technology, and trends.
• Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.

• Competitive salary range: $75,000 – $80,000.
