A growing professional services firm is seeking a motivated Business Development / Account Manager to join their team in Bloomington. This client-facing sales role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with accounting and finance leaders while driving business growth through staffing and recruiting solutions.

About the Role
In this role, you will develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts, serving as a trusted partner to organizations seeking top accounting and finance talent. You will oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to account management and ongoing client service. Once a placement is made, you will continue to nurture the relationship and ensure client satisfaction.

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or staffing (internships welcome)

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization

  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation and Benefits

  • First-year: $65,000–$80,000

  • Experienced: $75,000–$100,000+
