The Advisor Services Associate plays a key role in supporting financial advisors, administrators and their clients for Elevation Point. This position is responsible for preparing and processing account documents and service requests for Elevation Point institutional and OCIO clients. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive task management, and effective communication with advisor teams and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Account Maintenance- Assemble and prepare documents required to establish new client accounts. Communicate with third-party advisor administrators throughout the onboarding process.
- Send documents for eSignature and track their status until completion. Compile completed documentation and forward to designated processors (e.g., Vice President of Operations or Mark Preston new title).
- Communicate with billing team to advise of existing client changes related to re-registrations and account splits.
- Respond to basic client inquiries and process advisor requests promptly.
- Maintain and update the document team’s task spreadsheet. Proactively take ownership of open tasks and follow through to completion.
- Proactively learn and adapt to new software tools relevant to the role (e.g., new custodians).
- Work closely with the –Director of Advisor Services, Vice President of Advisor Services, Advisor Services personnel and Investment Solutions personnel.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across platforms.
- Maintain complete records of account documents and communications.
- Assist with records requests related to SEC exams, financial audits, etc.
- Ensure that existing policies and procedures are current and updated as needed.
- Draft new policies and procedures as directed. Assist with process improvement projects as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or client services role, preferably in financial services.
- Exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and follow-through capabilities.
- Independent worker with strong problem-solving and time management skills. Sound judgment with the ability to recognize urgency and set priorities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
