Inviting all innovative and enthusiastic office management professionals! We are searching for our next Office Manager. This key role performs a wide variety of administrative functions and secretarial dutiesforadistributedteamofprofessionals.
You will use a variety of computer and web-based applications including MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and Database management software. To be successful, you will use your talents and mindset to focus on exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a part-time role, 20+ hours per week (could increase based on your skills!) Being onsite at our offices will be required each weekday. This position has become available due to a promotion.

Supports In-Office and Leadership Team
- Greetsanddirectsvisitors.
- Respondstotelephonecallersbyansweringroutinequestions and routing inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Receives,sorts,redirects,andprioritizesincomingmail, packages and deliveries.
- Maintains, monitors and ordersinventoryofofficesupplies.
- Directsimportantmattersfromvarioussourcestoappropriatedepartmentpersonnel.
Works closely with international team of Compliance Project Managers
- Receives,sorts,inventories,andpreparesshipmentsofsampleelectronicdevicesfor transportvia DHL/Fed Ex/UPStoforeign countries,whiletrackingtheseshipmentsto ensure on time delivery.
- Receivestypeapprovalapplicationrequestsfrom Project Managers ,preparesthe application, and ships the application to regulatory authorities around the world.
- Designsandadministersofficeprocedures and processes.
Evaluatesandrevisesproceduresasnecessarytoimproveofficeefficiency. - In cooperation with subject matter experts, maintains and updates corporate documents (i.e. policies and procedures within the quality management system, organizationalcharts,andvariousannouncements) and departmental files.
- MaintainspersonnelfilesandworkswithexternalHRConsultantonassignedprojects
- High School Diplomaor GEDplusasleastoneyearofpost-highschooleducation
- Strongcommunicationsskillsfor written, oraland interpersonal responsibilities required
- Excellentorganizationaland prioritization skills required
- Proficiencyintheuseof Microsoft Office Suite (especially
Outlook,Word,Excel,Access,PowerPoint) - Experience using Quick Bookshelpful
- Abilitytoprioritizetasksefficiently
- Abilitytoworkwithinateamaswellasindependently
Workingundergeneralofficeenvironmentalconditions,theincumbentmusthavethe:
- Abilitytositforextendedperiodsandutilizeclosevisualacuityforworkingwithcomputers,etc.
- Ability to see, hear, read and understand printed and audio communications from various sources
