Overview
VCI is offering hybrid opportunities for Administrative/General Clerks supporting the Office of Human Resources Management for U.S. Government Agency Administrative Support Services and HR staff in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Duties / Responsibilities- Applies rules and procedures concerning pre-employment requirements sufficient to perform a segment of HR functions and to provide clerical, technical, and administrative support to the staffing program.
- Reviews pre-employment documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Provides exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries concerning HR services, procedures, alternatives and requirements via telephone and email.
- Conducts HR Internet searches, prepares a variety of reports, enters data, and completes forms using a government computer and office automation software.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of Vision Centric Inc. information.
- Works with staff and client in a professional, tactful, diplomatic manner, with a positive attitude.
- Attends all mandatory training, in-services, company, and client meetings.
- Complies with all Vision Centric Inc. policies and procedures.
- Other duties and/or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Public Trust Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- One (1) year of demonstrated experience in the following:
- Reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English; proficiency in oral and written communications and ability to follow oral and written directions to complete assigned tasks.
- Problem-solving techniques and analytical skills.
- Performing multiple tasks and working well with others.
- Organizing work and establishing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
Bloomington MN: HYBRID TELEWORK
Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Public Trust Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
