Inspect and test controls and systems to detect and locate malfunctions.;
Replace, repair, rebuild, and adjust valves, piping, steam traps, steam pipes, air dryers, compressors, convectors, and humidifiers.;
Maintain and repair boilers and furnaces, checking water levels and water treatment.;
Service, repair, and rebuild pumps and compressors.;
Troubleshoot boilers and systems, rod out/clean heat exchangers/tube bundles.
