Field Service Technician – General Parts Group

We are hiring Field Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment across 26 states. The role requires traveling to restaurant locations, operating a company vehicle, delivering prompt service, and providing exceptional customer support.

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including hot‑side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems.
• Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• EPA certification required for refrigeration technicians.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with iPad use.
