Job Overview

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Specialty & Entry Level. Our Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team provides direction for our company and tools to rise to challenges with hard work and competitive spirit. We seek a high‑performing, driven individual with proven selling skills.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
  • Use functional and technical knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketplaces, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
  • Have sales abilities or experience in a quota‑driven role.
  • Some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
  • Demonstrated sustained, high performance in the current position and strong aptitude for learning.
  • High sense of urgency, especially in customer service orientation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.
  • Must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
