Retail Display Installer – Technology

Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average | Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends not required, but available as needed)

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. You will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, and following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.

You’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you manage store‑level relationships and ensure top‑quality execution on every project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond and communicate consistently with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
  • Maintain accurate availability updates.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and daily anomaly reporting.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Complete training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Available for weekend assignments as required.
Scheduling / Planning
  • Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early mornings or holidays based on store/client requirements.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Project Execution
  • Follow all directives and execute fully and completely.
  • Work closely with the shared services team to achieve goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions for operational efficiencies.
Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across all internal teams and field representatives.
Leadership & Cross‑functional Work
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Set a high standard for behavior, fostering a positive work environment with transparent, respectful communication.
  • Collaborate across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes for alignment and operational success.
Customer & Client Satisfaction
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved based on shared service field KPIs.
  • Provide and receive feedback openly.
Qualifications
  • Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older; must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability: Flexible Monday–Friday, weekend and holiday availability, early morning and late‑night as needed; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
