Compensation

Hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. $15–$28 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Health and Beauty associate focused on customer care and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
