Operations Associate, Bloomington

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving product within our site and kitchen (if applicable), and collaborating with partner drivers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets from vendors, ensure inventory matches purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
• Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and equipment to move products
• Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
• Work periodically in freezer locations during shifts
• Walk several flights of stairs as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
