Overview
Senior Research Scientist
Indiana University Bloomington
Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences
- Design and lead the training of researchers of PBS, IU, and P30 consortium members.
- Organize and run the N-STORM super-resolution system and the A1 confocal system.
- Teach the PBS neuroscience community for super-resolution and confocal microscopy use.
- Optimize the experiments, data acquisition and data analysis of the PBS community regarding the microscopes located in MSB-II.
- Write software packages for data analysis.
- Prepare illustrations for grants and publications.
- Contribute to grant writing.
Requires Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Biomedical Science, or closely related field plus 10 years’ experience as a research scientist. Requires experience working with N-STORM super-resolution imaging.
Work EnvironmentMay permit telecommuting.
